it's the font, i tellya

i haven't done a thrifting post in a while because i haven't been thrifting in a while.  so last thursday when i had the opportunity to meet my good friend for food and a quick thrifting trip i was all 'hells to the yeah!'

over our dinner which consisted of pure yum we had a discussion that went sort of;

him: x-men three wasn't bad.

me: x-men what?  worst movie ever what?  i can't hear you!  la la lala

him: i'm going to need another drink.

i don't claim to be a scholar.  or right.  but i do love an intelligent debate.

and then to make a great night even greater we uncovered these treasures...

are you seeing those stars?  yes?

the electric cord came with.  and works.  phew!

the glass carafe makes me want to wear pretty dresses and wiggle my nose to do magic.  and the electric skillet?  avocado green and retro font?  yes, please!  i won't even tell you how much they were priced at because then you will want to punch me in my neck and i don't like violence.  i much prefer a good debate.
